Can I get a baby seat in the accident replacement vehicle? We provide you with the required baby seat and we install it for you. Please inform our team if you require a baby seat prior to picking up the vehicle, or having it dropped off.

Can I get an accident replacement vehicle if I live in a regional area? We are proud to provide our vehicles Victoria wide.

Can I get the same colour car? Our team will work hard to provide you with the most similar car to your vehicle, depending on the availability.

What does like-to-like vehicle mean? Like-to-Like means we provide a vehicle equivalent to your one that was involved in the accident, such as a similar shape, depending on the availability.

What happens if I am involved in an accident in the replacement vehicle?

If you have an accident, you may be liable to pay an excess fee. If you had an accident in our vehicle, you must contact us within 24 hours.

Is there an afterhours contact if I have an issue with the replacement vehicle, or it has been stolen? Our afterhours contact number is 0422 660 485.

I forgot my belongings in the accident replacement vehicle and the vehicle has been returned. What do I do? Call us on 1300 947 523 and our team will search for your belongings.

I lost the key to the accident replacement vehicle, what do I do? We have a spare key for each vehicle, so just contact us for assistance. Keep in mind, you may be responsible for the costs of another key.

Why has GoGeta Car Rentals Charged my credit card?

There are many reasons we may charge your credit card, including:

  • Tolls
  • Traffic or parking infringements
  • Refuelling Charges
  • Admin fees for all the above

Do I need to deep clean the car before I return it? No, you don’t need to deep clean the vehicle, but you do need to ensure you return it in a similar condition to when it was provided to you.

Can I take my pets in the car? Pets are not allowed in any of our accident replacement vehicles. Deep cleaning required cause of animals will incur an additional fee, deducted from your credit card.

Am I allowed to smoke in the car? Smoking is not allowed in any of our accident replacement vehicles.
